Gender forms and form of address<\/h2>\n

LNI 4.0 attaches great importance to gender-appropriate language. We therefore take male, female and diverse persons into account in our texts. We mainly use double forms (e.g. \"managing director\") or gender-neutral formulations (e.g. nouns such as \"students\").<\/p>\n

For reasons of search engine optimization, we have decided to retain the generic masculine in (intermediate) headings. In our newsletters and on overview pages, we also do not use genders throughout for reasons of space. In these cases, however, all personal designations apply to all genders.<\/p>\n

Older articles are not subsequently rewritten by us to be gender-neutral. Texts that we reuse from another source are not subject to our gender guidelines and are left in their original form.<\/p>\n

On our platform and in newsletters, we predominantly use the form of address \"you\". Regular surveys have shown that this form of address is currently still preferred.<\/p>\n

ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance)<\/h2>\n

ESG guides us in organizing our processes and making decisions on risks and opportunities in connection with sustainability issues. Health and safety issues, the reduction of environmental pollution and volunteering all play a role in this. LNI 4.0 has been committed to complying with relevant benchmarks in the industry for years and also drives these forward itself with the highest standards. For example, we focus on recycling and digitalization, work largely paperless, consciously reduce our travel and flight routes, largely avoid plastic, promotional items and the consumption of animal products, and consciously pay attention to resource conservation, waste avoidance and water consumption.<\/p>\n
